Lil Wayne suffered a seizure while on stage in St. Petersburg, Florida, and was reportedly rushed to the hospital.

According to a concert-goer, he “spoke as clear as day” just before it happened.

“He was jumping around the stage,” Wyatt Cheshire of Tampa, Florida, said to People. “He was so on point! Seemed to me he had high energy. I was close enough to see that he appeared to be drinking water bottles all night on stage, and he spoke clear as day.”

“He didn’t come on until 11 p.m. exactly,” another attendee said. “[He had] no opener and only some DJs onstage, and they acted like there was a DJ issue causing him to be so late.”

Lil Wayne’s daughter wrote on Twitter, assuring fans he’s okay: “My dad is doing fine everyone! Thanks for the concerns, you guys are amazing.”

Due to his seizure, his upcoming Las Vegas show was canceled.
