Now I’ve heard of a broken heart sending you to a frenzy, but this is a whole other level. Apparently, Olivia Wilde’s ex-boyfriend Tao Ruspoli was so broken hearted after their divorce that he spent four years studying why people marry and how they are able to stay together, reports Page SIx.

Tao has made documentaries after interviewing his own relatives and advice columnists, scientists, and sex workers — it is getting put together for a film called Monogamish.

“My goal with this film isn’t to tell people whether or not to be monogamous. There isn’t one answer to these complex questions,” he said. “Instead, it represents a four-year journey traveling the world and unpacking the unspoken assumptions that inform all of our relationships.”

For anyone who’s been put through the ringer, this might be what the doctor ordered.
