Last night welcomed a slew of drama for Weeknd fans after a private concert in Downtown LA to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Grey Goose vodka was abruptly canceled — minutes before starting.

According to Page Six, hundreds of people were already there and ready to be entertainment, but were turned away and told the whole thing had been canceled. “I showed up and like 30 girls attacked my Uber,” said a guest. “There were all these hot girls standing around all dressed up and staff were carrying crates of Grey Goose out of the building.”

Apparently, there was a problem with permits and the fire marshal closed the party (like a party pooper usually does).

A Grey Goose rep told Page Six, “Due to unforeseen production issues, tonight’s event has been canceled. That said, Grey Goose and The Weeknd will be back together soon – bigger and better!”
