Cynthia Nixon Might Be Running for Mayor of New York City in 2018
The Hill is reporting that Sex & The City star Cynthia Nixon is considering a run for mayor of New York City, which would make her an opponent for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in the 2018 primaries.
Of course, the actress has been a vocal critic of the governor in the past, especially when it comes to education policies.
Cynthia said on The View that “Gov. Cuomo is shortchanging the children of New York state. He is not against public schools but he doesn’t like to pay for them.”
Could we possibly see Miranda Hobbes as mayor??!!
