In a dramatic late night vote, the Republicans failed to repeal and replace Obamacare.

Republican Senators John McCain, Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins joined with Democrats to oppose the measure, despite McCain voting a motion to proceed the bill on Tuesday after returning following surgery for a brain tumor.
