Carmen Electra has a crazy obsessed stalker who is convinced that she is his fiancee.

The 45-year old sex symbol had to file for a permanent restraining order against Daniel Lablanc, according to TMZ. Carmen is hoping the court will continue to force him to stay 100 yards away.

Daniel was apparently taken into custody for mental evaluation by the LAPD this summer after he was spotted lingering outside her house.

Let’s hope justice will be served. Ain’t nobody got time for obsessive stalkers thinking they’re your husband. Maybe he should try his luck on Tinder!
