In court documents filed Monday, Blac Chyna alleges that Rob Kardashian, whom she’s suing after he posted nude photos of her on Instagram, punched her in the side last spring, describing him as a “jealous” man who “has been violent with me in the past.”

Blac now has a restraining order after the revenge porn incident.

In the documents, she said that around April 8, the couple began arguing over his use of foul language in front of their child, Dream.

“I used my phone to call King’s father [Tyga],” it says. “Rob immediately grabbed my phone and punched me in the side knocking me to the ground where I landed on my hands and knees. I was terrified and my legs were hurt. I was sore and had a hard time walking for days.”

She then allegedly asked the nanny to take Dream while she went into the other room and locked the door: “Rob was so out of control that he tore the hinges off my bedroom door so I retreated to the bathroom and then hid in the closet in the bathroom after locking the bathroom door.”

She also said he threatened to kill himself in text messages.

“I take his threats seriously because he showed me his gun at his house,” she wrote. “Rob even texted me a picture of his hand full of pills—as if he were going to take his life Iif I did not respond to his texts right at that moment.”

Rob’s attorney, famous lawyer Robert Shapiro, said in a statement:

“We agreed to stipulate to the temporary restraining order and all conditions attached thereto. Our primary interest going forward for Mr. Kardashian is the health and welfare of the baby, and both parents are going to work towards that goal. I personally on Robert Kardashian’s behalf apologized and offered our regrets for what has taken place in the past couple of days, and now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only: whatever’s in the best interest of this child.”
