Entertainment Tonight confirmed that Abby Lee Miller’s surrender date for her federal prison sentence of one year and a day has been delayed.

The reality star was supposed to turn herself in on June 30, but now the date is postponed to July 12. It’s unclear as to why.

Abby also filmed a special Lifetime about the whole ordeal, which is not featuring other cast members of Dance Moms. Apparently the special was shot in Los Angeles by a news journalist, and a source described it as “riveting,” saying the star “discussed everything.”

“My friends and colleagues have shed tears because of my careless mistakes. I have accepted responsibility for my actions and plead guilty to the two charges against me,” Abby said at the sentencing hearing. “I know that my future is uncertain. I can only assure you that I will never be in front of a court again.”
