CELEB REFRESH: Snoop Dogg And Shante Broadus Are Celebrating 21 Years Of Marriage!
Looks like Snoop Dogg is a romantic at heart.
Today marks 21 years of marriage for the rapper and his wife Shante, and he is making his love for her known!
The star took to Instagram to post not one, not two, but five photos of his beloved. The first was a throwback pic of the couple with a caption that read, “21 years n still Rollin. Happy. Anniversary” See below:
The next was an adorable, much more recent shot of the pair with the caption, “Bosslady wit da boss Dogg 21 years strong ”
The two looking exceptionally dapper with the word, “Black love ”
And yet another…

And finally, a picture of his beautiful wife’s profile with the caption, “My queen ”
The pair met in high school, married in 1997, and have three children, sons Cordé and Codell, and daughter Cori. They also have a grandson, Zion Kalvin.
They almost divorced in 2004, but Snoop pulled out of the proceedings. Speaking about his wife, he told Queen Latifah in a 2013 interview:
“She’s always right. Because you gotta understand the turmoil and stuff that I put her through, in my journey on becoming successful, because I had no understanding of how I was doing her, how I was hurting her, and how I was betraying myself, until I became a man and realized that I had to love this woman who loved me and had my kids, and put my life in perspective and let my music and my business be secondary.”
