Sandra Oh is set to return to TV after leaving ABC‘s Grey’s Anatomy, two years ago.

The actress has booked the starring role in BBC America’s spy thriller series, Killing Eve.

The show comes from Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge and is a dramatic thriller following a woman who is hunting down a phycho assassin.  #SoundsFun

The eight-episode series will be released in 2o18.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, BBC America president Sarah Barnett said this about Sandra:

“Sandra Oh has the ability to go from wrenching to funny to total mess with a genius lightness of touch. Phoebe’s vision is absolutely original, and Sandra is utterly perfect casting we think for this key role.”
