Former reality show star Danny Dias was found dead in his apartment in Brooklyn on Monday.

The 34-year-old was a contestant on Season 13 of Road Rules on MTV. According to TMZ, a friend of the star said that Danny took what he thought was LSD and mushrooms on Saturday, had a bad reaction, and then ran into his room. After calling him in the two days that followed with no response, he called 911. When first responders forced their way in, they found him dead in his bedroom.

Danny was on Road Rules in 2004 and was later on The Challenge in 2005, but was eliminated after four episodes.

TMZ updated their original story to report that Danny was found with vertical lacerations on his forearm, which has lead police to treat his death as a possible suicide.
