It’s hard to realize that Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher are gone — even still.

Now, The Profiles in History auction house have announced it will be selling over 1,500 items belonging to the two legends, who died a day apart around Christmas time last December, as well as their homes.

The mother and daughter lived on the same estate, separated by a hill, which is 3.5 acres in Beverly Hills.

It includes a swimming pool, tennis court, and guesthouse, and is listed for around $18 million.

Some of the items to be sold this September include Debbie’s costumes she wore in Singin’ in the Rain, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, and Annie Get Your Gun, as well as various memorabilia from Star Wars.

Portions of the proceeds will benefit mental health charities like The Thailand, which was co-funded by Debbie, and The Jed Foundation, which works to prevent suicides among teens and young adults, which was chosen by Carrie’s daughter Billie Lourd.
