OMG, ‘Some Like It Hot’ Will Be Returning to Theaters!

Billy Wilder’s 1959 comedy Some Like it Hot is known to be one of the funniest films ever made — and also one of Marilyn Monroe’s greatest classics.

For two nights only (Sunday, June 11 and Wednesday, June 14), the film will return to theaters and will be presented by Turner Classic Movies and Fathom along with specially produced commentary from TCM host Tiffany Vazquez, reports Entertainment Weekly.

Of course, the film stars Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis as two musicians who disguise themselves as women in an all-female jazz band to flee the Chicago mood after accidentally witnessing the St. Valentine’s Day massacre.

When Tony meets Marilyn Monroe, he then takes on a second disguise (an oil tycoon) as an attempt to woo her. Meanwhile, Jack’s character tries to avoid advances from an old millionaire.

We can’t wait!
