Olivia Wilde’s Broadway debut is not for the faint of heart!

During a preview performance of 1984, four audience members passed out. The star took to Twitter on Wednesday to send her well-wishes to those folks, tweeting, “Sending my love to those 4 people who fainted in the audience,” and adding the disclaimer, “Warning: this is not your grandma’s Broadway. Hope all are OK!”

According to Page Six, there’s a lot going on in the Orwell adaptation. A source said, ““The production is loud and people find it shocking,” and “there is a particularly harrowing scene involving a rat.” Hello Giggles reported that writer Jill Schiefelbein attended one of the preview performances and called the show, “Intense. Emotional. Terrifying. Captivating.”

It was also reported that the heat in the theater may have been factor as well.

1984 officially opens on June 22. Maybe get a physical before you go!
