It’s leading up to Abby Lee Miller’s one year and a day lockdown in federal prison following her pleading guilty in a bankruptcy court, and now she says that filing for bankruptcy in 2010 was the biggest mistake of her life.

“I should have fought the township on the taxes,” she told Star magazine. “The government could have saved a hell of a lot of money if they had just knocked on my door and said, ‘Hey, things don’t add up. What’s going on?’”
