Check Out the Details on the ‘Big Bang Theory’ Prequel on CBS — So Cute!

CBS revealed its fall schedule and Young Sheldon will be airing directly after Big Bang Theory, making Monday’s 8 to 9pm slot a whole hour dedicated to Sheldon. Yay!

During the CBS upfront, the network’s scheduling chief said Young Sheldon is actually going to have a Wonder Years vibe, chronicling Sheldon Cooper (played by Iain Armitage) growing up in East Texas.

“Being a once-in-a-generation mind capable of advanced mathematics and science isn’t always helpful in a land where church and football are king,” CBS describes the show.

The upcoming schedule for Monday is as follows, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.
