Oh boy. Diddy really do that?!

Sean Combs, aka “Diddy” is being sued by his former personal chef. According to a complaint filed on Monday and obtained by People, Cindy Rueda claims that she was required to serve meals to Diddy during or right after he had engaged in sexual activity, and that he would comment to her on his, well, manhood.

According to the documents, Cindy says that over the course of her employment, which was from January 2015 to May 2016, she was “summoned by Mr. Combs to serve him a post coital meal” and when she brought the food, the singer was “naked and made comments about his body…and ultimately asked the visibly uncomfortable Plantiff [Rueda] if she was attracted to or liked his naked body.”  She also said a friend of his approached her in the kitchen and asked her to “admire his genitals” after he had engaged in sexual activity. Cindy claims she reported the behavior to Diddy’s estate manager, Stacy Friend, but that no action was taken.

The chef also claims that after reporting the harassment she was set up to look like she stole a watch from Diddy, and was asked to sign a waiver stating she would not make any claims against the star in the future, which she refused. After that, she was fired, and is therefore claiming wrongful termination.

Daily News reported that a rep for Diddy said, “This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”

Cindy is suing for hostile work environment, sexual harassment, and several other workplace-related offenses.
