Abby Lee Miller is headed for the slammer.

Almost a year and a half after she was indicted on 20 counts of fraud, the former Dance Moms star was sentenced today to one year and one day in prison for bankruptcy fraud and for bringing $120,000 worth of Australian currency into the country without reporting it. Last year, Abby pleaded guilty to both offenses.

A federal judge in Pittsburgh ruled that the reality star will be required to pay a $40,000 fine and a $120,000 judgment for the currency-reporting charge, and will be on probation for two years following her release, according to Deadline.

In front of a packed courthouse, Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti told the emotional star,

“You weren’t truthful, even when you knew you were supposed to tell everything, you still weren’t truthful. Somehow you got caught up in the world of fame and you lost your moral compass.”

The charges against Abby were made public in October of 2015, and carried up to $5 million in fines and up to five years in prison.
