Woah! David Lynch Says He’s Through Making Movies
In a recent interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, renowned director David Lynch spoke on the current mood of the movie business and suggested that he might be done with writing stories for the big screen.
David hasn’t done a movie since 2006’s Inland Empire.
“Things changed a lot,” he said. “So many films were not doing well at the box office even though they might have been great films, and the things that were doing well at the box office weren’t the things that I would want to do.”
After being pressed on whether he’s actually made his last movie, he replied: “Yes it is.”
Say it ain’t so!
