33-year Bachelor alum Sean Lowe is looking smoking HOT these days, and we have the receipts!

Sean posted a pic of him working out at the PARADIGM Gym in Dallas, Texas this week.

Given the fact that he and fellow Bachelor alum Catherine Giudici Lowe welcomed a a new baby nine months ago — Samuel Thomas Lowe — it’s safe to say that Sean is probably the sexiest daddy we’ve seen.

“I’m trying my best to teach these two how to sculpt a dad bod but they clearly have a long way to go,” he wrote, referring to PARADIGM owner Brian Casad and bodybuilder Steve Cook (both of whom are hot as hell, too).

Brian took to Instagram too, writing: “Little training sesh with the swolest ex-bachelor @bachelorabc @seanloweksu and the man himself @stevecook. Of course yes we trained arms the most bro thing possible.”
