‘The View’ Gets in EPIC Battle Over Trump’s Missile Strike on Syria

Countless of celebrities are speaking out following Donald Trump’s missile launch on Syria, and the ladies of The View are no exception.

We can always count on these ladies to spill the beans on not only the day’s hot topics, but also a collective view of the country overall. Each one of them articulately sounds off on their opinions regarding Trump’s missile launch (it’s called “The View” ain’t it?).

But a result of speaking out often leaves to an epic debate, which is exaclty what happened.

“I love what he did. I’m very proud of President Trump,” conservative Jedediah Bila said, to which fellow conservative Paula Faris agreed. “I was very upset in August of 2012 when President Obama declared a red line against Syria and said if these chemical attacks continue, that’s it, we’re done, we’re getting involved and we did nothing. When you’re the commander in chief, the buck stops with you.”

Joy Behar chimed in: “If he had not gone to Congress, President Obama, they would have impeached him.”

Followed by Sunny Hostin: “President Trump did not have the authority to do this without Congress. President Trump specifically said to President Obama that you should not act without Congress and he did the very same thing he cautioned against.”

Paula then said, “If you can’t allow yourself to be affected by looking at those pictures and the videos of those children not being able to breathe, you have to question your humanity.”

Then Joy stepped in: “Please, this is not personal about questioning anybody’s humanity. These are military operations we’re talking about here. Please.”

Sunny said, “I think it showed someone that was willing to unilaterally act without congress and we’ve gotta be very careful with that, because what is his plan?”
