Say what you want about Honey Boo Boo. She loves her Momma June, and in the latest episode we finally got to see their reactions when she returned home from undergoing surgery.

“Today’s the big day. Mama’s been gone for three weeks and she’s coming home from California,” Honey Boo Boo said in People’s exclusive sneak peek of tonight’s Mama June: From Not to Hot. “They wouldn’t let her come home until they could make sure that she wouldn’t have no nerve damage. I’m really scared that I’m not even going to recognize who she is,”

Pumpkin adds, “Her double chin is gone, her bat wings are gone. She’s going to look like a completely different person.”

When the big moment arrives, Honey Boo Boo can’t believe it. “Oh my Lord,” she squealed.

While viewers have been watching her undergo a drastic body transformation, she’s since done a few additional surgeries.
