Adam Pally, who’s appeared on Making History, The Mindy Project, and Happy Endings was busted for smoking weed on the streets of Manhattan. And in his possession was a small bag of cocaine, which didn’t look good when cops searched his pockets.

According to reports, the bust happened on West 48th street between eight and ninth ave. in Hell’s Kitchen around 10:30pm. He was smoking what looked like an e-cigarette, but cops smelled something else that didn’t exactly smell like vape.

When they stopped him, TMZ reports cops ended up finding the cocaine in his pocket.

The 35-year old lives in Brooklyn and ended up being slapped with a desk appearance ticket and is set to be back in court June 8.
