This has gotten crazy you guys. There are insane burglars going around Tinseltown robbing Hollywood celebrities, and it needs to stop.

Emmy Rossum was the latest target. The Shameless star’s home was broken into sometime between Wednesday and Friday last week, according to Page Six. Authorities said the burglars got away with nearly $150,000 worth of jewelry and other items, and that the crimes division is investigating it.

Meanwhile, TMZ says that the 30-year old star was in New York City at the time when the thieves made their way into her LA home. When a housekeeper stopped by Friday, they found that the power was off and a glass pane on the back door was broken.

TMZ also said that the combinations to two safes were left out in the open, which made an easy opportunity for them to steal her jewels. But according to Page Six, a source said, “whoever did this searched for the combinations” and that the codes were “not anywhere near” the safes.

Alanis Morrisette, Kendall Jenner, and Jaime Pressly’s homes were also burgled this year.
