It’s been less than a year since her role as “Eleven” on the Netflix hit, Stranger Things, catapulted her to stardom, and her career took on a life of its own. Since then the 13-year-old star has working non-stop, and it’s finally taking a toll on her.
The actress took to Instagram over the weekend to explain her reasons for pulling out of a scheduled appearance at Collective Con in Jacksonville, Florida. In the heartfelt video, Millie apologizes for disappointing fans, saying, “I just think I’ve worked too hard and I have to rest.” Watch the sweet post below:
