Looks like Shailene Woodley can breathe a bit easier tonight.

The Divergent star has just reached a plea deal that will keep her out of jail over her arrest during a protest of the Dakota Access oil pipeline in North Dakota.

She initially pleaded not guilty to the charges of engaging in a riot and criminal trespass, which carried a maximum punishment of a month in prison and a $1,500 fine. Under the new agreement, Shailene pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and will serve a year of unsupervised probation, as well as pay the $1,500 fine.

The actress was 1 of 27 activists arrested on October 10, and 750 protesters have been arrested in total since August. Shailene live-streamed her ordeal with police on Facebook. In the video, the actress said that officers told her they were arresting her but letting others go “because I’m well-known (and) because I have 40,000 people watching.”

Shailene’s trial was scheduled for this Friday. The agreement is currently still awaiting approval of a judge.
