Mel B Files for Divorce From Stephen Belafonte After a Decade of Marriage
Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are calling it quits after ten years of marriage.
Mel B, who is famous for being “Scary Spice” in one of the most popular girl group of all time, The Spice Girls, and who is also a judge on America’s Got Talent, has cited “irreconcilable differences” on her court documents, which have been obtained by E! News.
The singer and film producer got married in June 2007 in Las Vegas after only five months of dating, and together they welcomed a baby girl in 2011. According to the papers, Mel B officially filed last December.
No word on what these “differences” are. After all, the two looked inseparable just last month when she wrote about him on Instagram, saying, “My baby boo @stephenthinks11 we have been through everything that would normally tear couples apart and we have come out on the other side stronger. You loved me before I even new how to really love myself, you are my world honey and let’s not forget you are a bit of a dickhead too xxxx”
