The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star might have to spend time behind bars — but only if she fails to complete her required hours of community service.

According to E! news, the RHOBH’s Kim Richards needs to complete 45 hours of community service by September 7. Her attorney appeared in court on her behalf and was told by the commissioner that if these hours aren’t done — by the way, all the hours need to be proven by a written progress report — Kim will face jail time.

If the reality star proves she’s making an effort and is almost done with her labor, it’s possible she could avoid the sentence.

Back in 2015, Kim was arrested for shoplifting upwards of $6,000 from Target (no less!). She pleaded no contest to petty theft… petty is right.
