Talk about a hot event!

A King Kong statue suddenly burst into flames at the premier of Kong: Skull Island in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam last night. The inferno apparently started after performers finished a routine in which they danced around a fire. At first people thought it was all part of the show, but as the flames quickly spread, there was panic, and the crowd fled the scene.

Firefighters arrived quickly and extinguished the blaze in about 15 minutes, and thankfully no one was hurt.
