Caitlyn Jenner and Laverne Cox are joining a transgender’s case that’s heading all the way up to the Supreme Court.

The case centers around Gavin Grimm, a transgender high school student who’s sued the school board in Gloucester County, VA for the right to use the boys’ bathroom, reports TMZ.

A new legal brief filed in the High Court shows that Laverne, Caitlyn, Jen Richards, and Zackary Drucker have signed on in support. The news comes after Caitlyn recently spoke out against Trump, who she previously supported, for takin back his promise to protect LGBT rights.
