New York City property isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be, especially for multi-million dollar homes. Exes Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are once again trying to sell their trendy Tribeca penthouse with a surprisingly drastic price cut.

Last year, the duo tried to sell their place for $14.25 million, which was later reduced to $12.85 soon after.

Now, they have cut it all the way down to $10 million, a $4.25 million decrease from their original offer, reports MansionGlobal.com.

But don’t feel too bad for them. After all, they bought for just over $5 million in 2007, so they’re still getting double what they paid. And judging by the looks of these photos, who the heck wouldn’t want to live here?
