Jimmy Kimmel and Matt Damon’s “feud” was live and center at the Oscars on Sunday, and as expected it continued long into the night at most of the after-parties.

At the Vanity Fair party in Beverly Hills, Matt spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the awards show, specifically about the best picture fiasco. Unsurprisingly, he blamed the whole thing on his arch nemesis, Jimmy Kimmel.

“I was the one person who wasn’t surprised that it all got screwed up,” Matt said. “That’s what they [get] for hiring Jimmy. You know, they got what they paid for.”

But while Matt continued the feud after the show, Jimmy had started long before the show even started:
