Hilary Duff’s ex-husband, NHL star Mike Comrie, is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly raping a woman in his own home, though he claims it was consensual.

According to TMZ, sources at the police department say the unidentified woman claims she met up with Mike at a bar this weekend and after he took her back to his condo, she was raped multiple times.

Immediately after the incident, the woman went to Cedars-Sinai Medical center, where a rape kit was administered. Sources close to the incident say that Mike and the woman have known each other for a while, and says they did have sex.

It was also alleged by other sources that it was, in fact, a threesome. The other woman involved has yet to file a complaint on the matter.

So far, it is not believed that Mike has spoken to police.
