J.K. Rowling pulled Piers Morgan to the carpet on Twitter today, calling him a “celebrity toady” for defending president Donald Trump on Real Time With Bill Maher, reports Entertainment Weekly.

Australian comedian Jim Jeffereies told Piers to “f**k off” after he claimed Trump’s immigration ban against seven majority-Muslim countries wasn’t a “Muslim ban.”

“Yes, watching Piers Morgan being told to f— off on live TV is *exactly* as satisfying as I’d always imagined,” Rowling wrote on Twitter.

“This is why I’ve never read a single word of Harry Potter,” Morgan replied.

J.K. bit back: “Because you had a premonition that one day the author would roar with laughter at seeing you called out for your bullsh** on live TV?”
