Tyson Beckford has a bad temper when it comes to guys threatening a lawsuit. Apparently he pulled a gun on a dude who had served him lawsuit papers regarding a deal with his Beckford Bar exercise equipment.

According to TMZ, Beckford didn’t deny pulling out a gun and actually supported the claim, saying it was with good reason because he felt threatened by the man, who supposedly entered his secure Miami apartment complex.

Allegedly, Beckford also says the man was wearing an eye patch and became super aggressive when he was asked to identify himself. When the man become agitated, he pulled out the gun.

Beckford also says he has a concealed weapons permit. The man never filed a police report.
