Keke Palmer Hints That Trey Songs Sexually Harassed Her at Infamous Party

Trey Songs came under fire with Keke when he included her in his “Pick Up the Phone” music video without her permission, a claim he doesn’t entirely deny. But she elaborated on Wendy Williams, saying that the atmosphere wasn’t right from the get-go.

“The thing is we’re telling girls it’s okay to be in weird, awkward and potentially sexually harassing environments and they should just endure it and not say nothing about it,” she said. “That’s why I decided to say something about it, to say ‘It happens to me too!’… We have to start saying no when things don’t feel right. [I didn’t leave] because I was nervous. Honestly, think of the first time you were in a situation when someone challenged you sexually. You don’t know how to act — you know how it is. You’re a woman of power. How many times have you been tested in situations of how you can stand on your own and not fall at the hands of someone else?”

Before she explained details on the party, Keke also explained to Wendy why she’s sick of people who try to make her stay a kid. When Wendy suggested she didn’t have to dress older to make people think she’s older, Keke said: “I think that’s what people think I’m doing no matter what because they want me to be a kid. I cant change their perception of me, even though people will see me being older and they’re like, ‘You’re trying to be older.’ No I’m just older.”

Is there something more to the story?
