Police were called to Mischa Barton’s home yesterday after neighbors reported a “disturbance” coming from her West Hollywood apartment. According to TMZ, the actress was hanging over her backyard fence and rambling about her mom being a witch, that the world is shattering, and Ziggy Stardust (of all things).

“Oh my God, it’s over! I feel it, and it’s angry!” she yelled after falling backward wearing only a dress shirt and a tie.

Authorities got the call for a jumper and possible overdose, but thankfully police entered and found her fully clothed, speaking in coherent statements. She went to the hospital willingly.

Back in 2009, was involuntarily placed in a psychiatric hospital under California’s 5150 hold.
