Jimmy Kimmel decided to pay a visit to Sesame Street. While there, he imparted some interesting new information to children everywhere, and threw Elmo and friends totally off their game.

The comedian finagled his way into the “Letter of the Day” segment. Bored by the 26 letters he has seen over and over again during the show’s 47 year run, Jimmy created the 27th letter, pronounced “yuke” to breathe some life into the tired alphabet song.

The crew gets on board, but it is Cookie Monster who decides the ultimate fate of the letter. Sorry Jimmy!
