Celebrities Hit the Streets
Drew Barrymore, Cher, Madonna, Chelsea Handler, Jessica Chastain, Rami Malek, Scarlett Johansson, Debra Messing, Lena Dunham, John Legend, and Amy Schemer are just a few celebrities that took to the streets in support of today’s Women’s Marches. From Boston to Washington D.C., New York to Paris, and Chicago to San Francisco, the marches are focused on promoting equal rights for women and minorities. Actress America Ferrera attended the D.C. march and one of the first to speak during the event. There are over 600 marches expected around the world with an estimated 370 today alone.
