After 22 years of marriage to Sara Kapfer, Cuba Gooding Jr. has filed for divorce, and according to court documents the actor is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 10-year old daughter.

Sara had previously filed for legal separation from Cuba two years ago. According to TMZ, they were legally married in 1994 and legally separated in 2004.
