Trial has once again been delayed for actress Shailene Woodley. The outspoken Divergent star was arrested on October 10 during her participation in a protest of the Dakota Access pipeline in North Dakota. Shailene livestreamed her arrest on Facebook for all to see, and pleaded not guilty to her charges of engaging in a riot and criminal trespass.

Originally scheduled for January 25, the trial was moved to February 22, and has now been put off until March 31, with attorney availability being sited as the reason for both delays. If found guilty of both misdemeanor charges, Shailene could face up to a month in prison and a $1,500 fine.

Here’s hoping she’ll soon be able to put this ordeal to rest.
