Broadway star Jennifer Holliday went on to The View and explained why she backed out of Donald Trump’s Inauguration.  Her honest candid interview shed light on the process of her agreeing to perform, and later declining the opportunity.

Jennifer said she was shocked when she received death threats and was called racial slurs.  Jennifer also said this:

“It was just my really honest desire that my voice could be used, and not everybody loves the way I sing, but still my voice could be used as an instrument of healing and unity.”
