Ho Ho HOLD ON- a female Santa Claus?

According to Variety, Anna Kendrick is entertaining the idea of stepping into the role of St. Nick for a Disney film by “Miss Congeniality” writer, Marc Lawrence, who will also direct.

In the film entitled “Nicole”, Anna would play Santa’s daughter, who must take over for her retired father when her brother suddenly chickens out at the last minute.

The busy actress has no shortage of projects, having just published her book “Scrappy Little Nobody” and currently working on “Pitch Perfect 3”, due out in December. Check out her cute Instagram pic with some of the Pitch Perfect  3 crew:
