Tom Hiddleston has released an official apology on Facebook for his acceptance speech at the 2017 Golden Globes. 

The Night Manager star was criticized for being self-indulgent during his speech.  He spoke of the people of South Sudan and said that they watched and enjoyed the series.

People on social media felt that Tom was just giving himself a pat on the back.
