Cameron Dallas started on Instagram and quickly became a phenomenon, becoming one of the app’s first superstars. Now he has a new show coming to Netflix called Chasing Cameron, which hopes to repeat the miracle.

Yes he’s cute, yes he’s adorable, yes we’ve binge-swiped through all his photos in a single day, but how will Chasing Cameron actually do on Netflix — a completely different medium than Instagram, which already has quite a selection of shows with arcs and storylines?

Personally we think anything is possible. After all, we need a sexy distraction on TV after last year’s political fiasco. And according to Hollywood Reporter, if his docu-series translates his 243 million YouTube viewers into TV ratings, he will do quite well.
