All of our hearts melted a tiny bit watching Dick Van Dyke talk about Mary Poppins. After all, the movie is a staple in cinema — and it’s Dick Van Dyke!

The 91-year old actor discusses his cameo in the upcoming film with Entertainment Tonight, saying, “I’ll be going to London in the spring to do my role, and I get to do a little song and dance number. I gotta be a part of it.”

Filmmakers said Dick would be playing the role of the banker’s son. In addition to playing Bert, the lovable chimney sweep, he also played bank manager Dr. Dawes. “This time there’s no four hours in the makeup chair, I grew into the part!” he said. “I don’t have to wear makeup at all!”
