It’s to secret Real Housewife of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann has had plastic surgery, but on a new episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen seems to be pointing at her nose.

“You don’t think that nose is a little different, Kim?” he asked. “The tip is not different?”

The reality star refused to cave, saying, “There’s no makeup—look at the nose… everything’s kind of changed. If I’m going to have a nose job, it’s going to be a hell of a lot shorter.”

Kim has admitted to having a tummy tuck and bread augmentation in the past, mainly because, she says, of a hernia she had form having her twins.
