Sia and her husband Erik Anders Lang are separating after two years of marriage, according to an announcement this week. In a joint statement to US Weekly, the couple explained why:

“After much soul searching and consideration,” the wrote, “we have made the decision to separate as a couple. We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends. There will be no further comment.”

The 40-year old pop star and film producer husband shared their engagement on Instagram two years ago. Since then, however, details about their relationship remain sealed.

Good news? She can actually dance on a chandelier now, as a single lady.
