Amber Heard got emotional when speaking in a PSA about domestic violence.  This occurred just months after settling her divorce with Johnny Depp.  Amber accused her former husband of abusing her throughout their brief marriage.

Heard released the video on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

The actress never mentions Depp in the video but this topic definitely resonates deeply.
