Following Mike Pence’s rather historic Broadway debut in the audience of Hamilton, President-elect Donald Trump had some pretty strange words to the cast members:
Our wonderful future V.P. Mike Pence was harassed last night at the theater by the cast of Hamilton, cameras blazing. This should not happen!

The Theater must always be a safe and special place. The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!

The cast and producers of Hamilton, which I hear is highly overrated, should immediately apologize to Mike Pence for their terrible behavior

Now, TMZ has found out what Speaker Newt Gingrich had to say. Turns out, he isn’t batting an eyelash about the whole thing.
When asked what future Vice President Pence should be, Gingrich smiles and says, “He should be happy. He’s the Vice President, they’re not.”
